About the
Amazons
The name Amazons is latin for breastless.Its said they cut off their right breast to be better at bow and arrow. There
are alot of myths pertaining to these warriors.Many are about their battles with various greek heroes and how they defeated
them.One says they abducted female children to train them into their ways of life.Their home was very special to them.Themiscyra,as
it was called,was an island near Termeh.To the amazons, men had a
large role in their lives.They[ the
men]were hated beyond belief and used only to concieve.Then the amazons killed them.When in childbirth, the amazons had a
rule.If the child was anything but a girl, the child would be murdered.

powers
Just like superman, Hippolyta has superhuman strength.She has above average experience in armed and unarmed combat. Her
teacher was her father Ares.She has greater strength,stamina,and injury resistance than other Olympian Goddesses.She
can further enhance her strength by something unknown, which is only effective in combat.She also had a special accessory
that was magical. It was a girdle given to her by Ares.It signified her authority as Queen of the Amazons.Colored blood red
and knotted of cords, it was to be worn alone.
